• How do I register an account at domains.ly ?

• What is the difference between my libyanspider.com account and my domains.ly account ?
  An account at libyanspider.com can be used for .ly domains registration, management, billing, renewals and support. An account at domains.ly is used to sell/buy premium .ly domains.
• How do I buy/sell a premium .ly domain through domains.ly ?
  
  1. The domain seller and buyer have to agree on a price, whether it is a listed price or after negotiations.
  2. The buyer should send an email to support@domains.ly requesting the purchase of the domain and confirming the price.
  3. We will contact the domain seller to get his/her approval and bank details.
  4. We will provide the buyer with our account details to make a bank transfer with the amount.
  5. As soon as our bank confirms that the transaction has been received, we will transfer the domain ownership to buyer and open an account at libyanspider.com for him/her.
  6. We will deduct our service fees and send the amount to the domain seller's account.
• How do I add my domains to my domains.ly account ?
  
  1. Login to your account here
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click on Add domains from the top sub-menu.
  4. Follow the form to add your domain(s)
  5. Make sure that the email addresse stored in your domains.ly profile is the same as the address that appears on the domain whois, otherwise the domain addition will not be approved!
• How long does it take for my domains to be approved after adding them ?
  Please allow up to 24 hours for the domain additions to be approved.
• Why wasn't my domain approved ?
  If the the email addresse stored in your domains.ly profile isn't the same as the address that appears on the domain whois, the domain addition will not be approved, please make sure that these match, by changing the email on your domains.ly profile or changing the domains whois.
• How do I change the email address stored on my domains.ly profile ?
  
  1. Login to your account here
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click on Profile from the top sub-menu.
  4. Enter your current password, new email address and click on submit
  5. A confirmation message will be sent to your new email address.
  6. Click on the link inside the message to approve the change.
